David Michael Letterman (born April 12, 1947) is an American comedian, known for hosting the Late Show with David Letterman on CBS since 1993. Letterman’s ironic, often absurd comedy is heavily influenced by former Tonight Show hosts Steve Allen, Johnny Carson and Jack Paar. Letterman has been a fixture of United States late night television since his 1982 debut on Late Night with David Letterman; only Johnny Carson, one of Letterman’s idols,[3] has had a longer late-night hosting career.
Letterman is also a television and film producer; his company Worldwide Pants produces his late-night show and the show that follows his on CBS, The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson. Worldwide Pants has also produced several prime-time comedies, the most successful of which was Everybody Loves Raymond, currently in syndication.

Yeah, just as you heard, David Letterman has been married! How amazing! David Letterman and his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, got married in a courthouse ceremony near their ranch in Montana on Thursday
The 61-year-old late-night talk show host spilled the beans at the Monday taping of his CBS Late Show.
“It was about 20 minutes into the show, before the ‘Top 10′ list,” a witness tells Us Weekly.
Letterman shared, “I hear Bruce Willis got married this weekend. There’s another wedding I’d like to mention. We got married in Montana. Went to the Justice of the Peace.”

Letterman announced that he and longtime girlfriend Regina Lasko had a bumpy trip to matrimony last week at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Mont. During a taping Monday of CBS’ “Late Show,” Letterman said he and Lasko married on March 19 but only after their truck got stuck on a muddy road.
Oh, what a nice couple! Wonderful thing! Let’s drink a glass of beer, cheers!

This Jack Ass should be fired from CBS. If it had been a Republican or Conservative making the comments about Chelsea or Obama’s wife and kids, all hell would break loose. Where is the outrage from the all-caring Left/Socialist? The double standard is now so obvious that the major media outlets may as well read “Sponsored by the Democrate Party”
Letterman is a washed up hasbeen! He only WISHES ones of his wives looked as good and was as smart as Sarah Palin. It appears that Michelle my belle is yanking David’s jockstrap. Because Michelle has a personal beef against Sarah Palin (oh that’s right, she is AFRAID of her) she is paying off dumbasses like letterman to try and “smear” SArah. Give it up Michelle & David.
Oh man lighten up you guys. This guy is paid to tell JOKES. He has always been a little edgy and any comedian worth his or her salt is going to step over the line once in a while. He doesnt even write all the jokes. I believe he didn’t realize it was Palin’s younger daughter. It crossed the line of good taste even if it was the older daughter. Apparently you never watched when he used to rip up Clinton and a lot of jokes all over network TV used to be terrible about Chelsea calling her ugly when she was about 11 or 12. DId your “fair and Balanced” conservitive a** cry about it then?
I have stopped watching Lettermen because of his jokes .
