House, also known as House, M.D., is an American television medical drama that debuted on the Fox network on November 16, 2004. The program was co-created by David Shore and executive produced by Shore and film director Bryan Singer. The show’s central character is Dr. Gregory House (British actor Hugh Laurie), an unconventional medical genius who heads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH). The show’s premise was created by executive producer Paul Attanasio, who was inspired to create a medical procedural show after reading an article in the New York Times. Shore co-created the title character following a visit to a teaching hospital. Initially, Singer wanted an American to play House, but Laurie’s audition convinced him that a foreign actor could play the role. The character has similarities to Sherlock Holmes; both are forensic geniuses, musicians, drug users, aloof and largely friendless. The show is filmed in Century City and takes place in New Jersey.

The House Season 5 came to end with the season finale episode entitled, “Both Sides Now” on 11th May at 8:00pm EST/PST on Fox. Here is the plot of House Season 5 Finale:
House and the team are intrigued by Scott (Ashton Holmes), a man whose left brain and right brain operate independently, leaving him with two distinct personalities and no control over some of his actions. As the two sides of Scott’s brain struggle for dominance, his warring personalities make it increasingly difficult for the team to figure out what is causing the unique problem. The team is forced to use some unusual methods to get him to cooperate with their necessary testing. Meanwhile, when House refuses to make an appearance in the clinic, Cuddy takes an unconventional approach to force House to make up the time with a very particular patient (guest star Carl Reiner).
To best honest, House 2009 is one of the best TV series I watch. You can’t imagine how I was crazy about House Season 5 Finale, I was super satisfied with it, I believe it is one of the bests.
