Little Things Men Do That Seriously Up Their Attraction

The Wink
I used to have such mixed feelings about the wink. I thought it was cheesy, way too played out and only used by guys who thought they were the most suave and dashing thing on the block. But that’s because I’d never seen it done right. I swear.
When a man flashed me a perfectly effortless wink, coupled with a little half smile, it really packed a wallop! The attraction was unmistakable. It’s unfortunate that not a lot of men can pull this off without looking lame, but when it works, it works well!
Get Rid Of The Dirt
Yes we like you when you’re rugged, sweaty and all manly, but only in certain situations. We don’t ask that you be perfectly pristine every minute of the day but when it comes to being presentable for work or a family function, knowing how to get rid of the dirt should be required training before you’re allowed to date.
Similarly, you don’t have to have to most amazing physique either. We would prefer you not hold us to model standards so we’re not going to do that to you either. What does count, however, is being attentive to the little details of personal hygiene. A dude with a forest of nose hair, or dirty, too-long-for-a-dude fingernails is a major turn-off.
The Nose Knows
I detest a man (or a woman for that matter) who drenches himself in cologne. Having said that, a man with a subtle but definite “man” smell is very appealing. I prefer a guy who relies on his own man scent, but there’s nothing wrong with choosing a deodorant that smells great or one, count ‘em one, spritz of a sexy cologne.
Laughter is the best medicine
It’s a lame guy who can’t loosen up enough to let rip with a good belly laugh when the opportunity presents itself. Too concerned with looking cool, guys like this are just lame. We all know that laughter is contagious and what better way to get your favorite lady laughing than letting your manly giggles rip at will?
And you know what happens when we laugh don’t you? Our brains produce tons of feel good chemicals. A woman will make an instinctive connection between a guy who can laugh and feeling good. In other words a no fail magnet.
Keeping It Cool
We don’t want serious all the time (remember the laughter thing?), but at the same time we don’t a guy who freaks out on a regular basis about life’s stressors. We all deal with issues every day, and we do it with maturity because after all, we’re adults. Losing your cool too much just shows us how immature you really are. We want to date you, not mother you.
